On the sign in screen, select Have a SharePoint Server URL? Then enter the web address of your SharePoint server to continue the sign-in process. When your organization uses SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Server 2016, or SharePoint Server 2019, the sign-in process is different from Microsoft 365. On the sign-in screen, enter the email address and password you use for either your Microsoft account, or for your company, school, or other organization.
Select either Microsoft account (, Hotmail,, MSN) or Work or school account (Assigned by your organization), then select Continue.
Open the OneDrive app and select My Accounts in the upper right of the screen. You can have both a personal account and OneDrive for work or school account. To change or reset your OneDrive password, sign in to your account online at /security. If you have a problem signing in with your work or school account, try signing in at or contact your IT department.
In the newer versions of the app, only one personal account and one OneDrive for work or school account are supported at once.
